Deich (Deitch) Meer (Meyer) (b. c.1920, Liepāja, Latvia – c.2000) - engineer and industrial production manager.

In 1936, MeerDeich graduated from the Mechanical Technical School in Liepāja, and in 1940 completed his studies at the Mechanical Institute in Plzeň, Czechoslovakia. During the Second World War, he served in armoured units — ending the war as an engineering captain in the 130th Latvian Rifle Corps. He was wounded several times and was awarded various orders and medals.

After the war, Deich returned to Liepāja, learned that all his relatives had perished in the ghetto, and relocated to Riga. From 1946 onwards, he held managerial posts including director of Latvenergo, deputy general director and production manager at the Kommutator factory, and for many years general director of the flagship construction-industry enterprise Specstahlkonstrukcija. Under his leadership, the company produced unique metal structures for major projects—such as the Riga Film Studio, the Sports Palace, the Congress House, and multiple residential developments. He was awarded the Gold Medal of VDNKh in recognition of his contributions.

In 1990, Meer Deich emigrated with his family to Germany.
