Bliznyansky Marik Motelovich (born September 22, 1960, Riga) – office worker.

From 1980 to 1982, Marik Bliznyansky studied at Technical School No. 6 in Riga. After graduating, he worked as a tailor at “Rīgas Modes” until 1983, and from 1983 to 1984 at “Baltijas Modes Ateljē”. Between 1985 and 1987, he was a lab technician at the “Orbita” design bureau. In 1988, he traveled to West Berlin. From 1988 to 1989, he worked as a cutter at the cooperative “Dzirkstale”, and from 1989 at the cooperative “Samsons”.

In 1989, Marik Bliznyansky applied for permission to travel with his father to Israel for two months.
