Beylinzon Elka-Emma Aronovna-Isaakovna (16.06.1894, Dvinsk — after 28.09.1943) — teacher. Graduated from a gymnasium and the 80th pedagogical class in Dvinsk; studied at the philological faculty of the Higher Women's Courses in Kyiv. In 1917–23, taught Russian at the private women's pro-gymnasium of B. Ginzburg in Daugavpils. In 1923–25, studied at the natural sciences faculty of the University of Jena (Germany). In 1925, the teaching of Russian was abolished in Jewish schools, so B. worked as a private tutor of Russian, English and German. In September 1940, she received permission to continue teaching practice in state schools. In 1941, she was imprisoned in the Daugavpils Ghetto.

Note.

In the original: “Gintzburg”. In the article “Beylinzon Fishel” this surname is written as “Ginzburg.” Ginzburg or Ginzburga?

Apparently a sister of Beylinzon Fishel. Should this be mentioned in the article?
