Aizenberg (Eisenberg) Leonid Mikhailovich (born 6 November 1948, Vilnius) – Clerk

From 1974 to 1984, Leonid Aizenberg worked as a chief specialist, and from 1984, he was the head of a department at the Latgiprogorstroy Institute in Riga. He visited Poland in 1973, 1976, and 1987, and in the 1990s, he also travelled to the United States. In 1992, he applied for permission to emigrate to the U.S. with his family for permanent residence.
