Abramovich Lazar Vulfovich (born 1946, Riga – unknown).

In 1961 Lazar Abramovich began working as an apprentice locksmith at the Riga Diesel Engine Plant.

From 1962 to 1965 worked as a labourer at military unit 52245.

Between 1965 and 1968, served in the Soviet Army.

From 1968 onwards, worked as a machine operator at the Riga Jewellery Factory.
