Circle of Jewish Student Youth “Hathio” (Ebreju mācošās jaunatnes pulciņš „Hathio“). Registered on 7 June 1920 (Valdības Vēstnesis 1920. 12. 07., nr. 154).

In 1921 the charter of the circle was registered.\

On 6 May 1921 the establishment of branches in Liepāja, Bauska, Daugavpils, Krāslava, and Smiltene was announced.\

On 8 July 1921 the establishment of branches in Cēsis, Valmiera, Limbaži, Alūksne, Jēkabpils, and Talsi was announced.\

By decision no. 2331 of the Minister for Public Affairs the circle was dissolved (published in Valdības Vēstnesis 1939., nr. 188).
