Latvian Jewish Encyclopaedia, it's mission and team
Butina (Feinberg) Nella Naumovna (06.05.1953-, Riga) - engineer. In 1976, she graduated from Riga Polytechnic Institute, Faculty of Construction (industrial and civil engineering). From 1976 to 1978, she worked as an engineer in the “Latgiprogorstroy” office.
In 1978, Butina left Latvia.
