Butin Samuel Abramovich (1954-)

Butin Samuel Abramovich (02.07.1952-, Riga) - engineer. In 1975, he graduated from the Faculty of Electric Power Engineering of Riga Polytechnic Institute, specialising in electric drives and the automation of industrial plants. From 1975 to 1978, worked as an engineer in the VEF factory.

In 1978, Butin left Latvia.
