Golman (Golmann) (née Shlakhter) Liba Iosifovna (5 November 1925, Riga) — employee.

Liba Iosifovna Golman was born to Iosif Lazarevich Shlakhter (1889, Riga – 1943, Jusame, Kazakh SSR), a salesman, and Khaya Davidovna Shlakhter (née Remigolskaya) (born 1894, Riga), a housewife. She completed seven years of Riga Jewish School before being evacuated during the Second World War to Jusame, Kazakh SSR, where she worked at an enamel factory (1941–1943) and as a bookkeeper at the Demidov timber depot in Gorky Oblast (1943–1945).

Upon her return to Riga, she held various positions: in the Trust of restaurants, canteens and cafés (1945–1947); as a bookkeeper and accountant in the office of Rybolovpotrebsoyuz (1947–1956); and then as a senior accountant in the office of Latpoterbssojuz (1956–1971).

In her marriage to Khaim Samuilovich Golman (born 1919), she had two daughters, Taibe Khaimovna Golman (born 1948) and Dalia Khaimovna Golman (born 1955).

In 1971, Liba Golman was granted permission to emigrate to Israel, where her cousin Tanya Ruvinovna Sorokina (born 1915) had been residing since 1936.
