Zlotin Ilya Leibovich (21 May 1922, Malta) — salesman.
In 1966–76, Ilya Zlotin worked as a salesman in shops belonging to the Riga Municipal Trade Organisation. In 1976–90, he worked as a kiosk attendant at the Soyuzpechat Regional State Agency. Zlotin's parents died during the Second World War. He married Liya Zlotina (Tal) (1925, Leipzig) and they had two children, Vladimir Zlotin (1948, Riga) and Bella Goldina (Zlotina) (1951, Riga).
In 1990,Ilya Zlotin received permission to emigrate to Israel at the invitation of his daughter's mother-in-law, Bluma Freidenson (Kopman, Goldina) (1929, Daugavpils).
