Zerf (Serf) Yakov (Jacob) Meyerovich (b. 8 December 1885, Mitava [now Jelgava, Latvia]) — public figure.
Yakov Zerf was the son of Meyer Zerf, a well-known communal leader in Mitava. For his service to society he was awarded the title of Honorary Citizen of Mitava.
During the First World War Yakov Zerf was very active in Russia, working on behalf of Jewish refugees within the Central Committee for Refugees in Kharkov.
In Latvia he was a member of the Council of the All-Latvian Trade and Industry Union, a member of the Credit Society, and an activist of Keren Hayesod.
