Zelikovich (Selikowitsch) (née Novik) Matlya Itsikovna (11 February 1919, Daugavpils) — seamstress.

Matlya Zelikovich completed six years of primary school. Until 1940, she worked as a seamstress in Levinson’s workshop in Riga. From 1940 to 1941, she was employed at the Riga factory Komunaru Ciņa. During the war, she was evacuated to Gorky. After the war, she returned to Riga and until 1962 was not employed. From 1964 to 1967, she intermittently worked as a saleswoman at the Riga City Trade Department. From 1969 to 1973, she was employed as a controller and packer at the Ausma factory.

In 1977, she emigrated from Latvia.
