Zeligman Mozus Isakovich (16.06.1946, Liepāja) — general labourer. From 1948, lived in Riga, where in 1953–64 he studied at Secondary School No. 10. In 1964, enrolled in the mechanical faculty of the Riga Polytechnic Institute, attended intermittently and was expelled in 1968. In 1969–71, served in the Soviet Army in Kaliningrad Oblast. In 1971–72, worked as a tool-and-die maker at the Riga Experimental Plant of Electrical Structures “Yauda.” In 1972–74, worked as a fitter-assembler at the RVR [Riga Railway Carriage Plant]. From July 1974, worked as a fur-cutter apprentice, and from 1975 as a fur cutter at the “Rigas Modes” production association. In 1976, unsuccessfully tried to obtain permission to travel to visit his mother in Israel. In 1979, again applied for permission to emigrate to Israel for permanent residence. Subject to military obligations, VUS 269, junior sergeant. In August 1968, married Chernyakova Anna Yakovlevna (1947, Riga — ?). In July 1969, the marriage was dissolved. In 1971, married for the second time Zeligman (née Kalustyán) Lyudmila Nikolayevna. A daughter — Zeligman Ilona Mozusovna (21.03.1972 – ?) — was born of the marriage. Father — Zeligman Isaak Mozusovich (27.12.1909, Libau (Liepāja) — 27.05.1970, Riga). Mother — Zeligman (née Bliznyanskaya) Maria Moiseyevna. Sister — Band (née Zeligman) Lina Isakovna.
