Zeligman (Seligmann) (nee Bliznyanskaya) Maria Moiseevna (June 6 / February 6, 1919, Riga) - an employee. Education - incomplete secondary (1926 - 1934). From 1937 to 1939, she was a trainee at a knitting shop. From 1939 to 1941, she was an accountant at the knitting company 'N. Wulff'. On June 27, 1941, she was evacuated to the Yaroslavl region, where until 1943 she worked as an accountant in a collective farm, and from 1943 to 1945 in 'Zagotchyevsorm' in the Kazakh SSR. After the war, she returned to Riga. From 1946 to 1968, she lived in Liepaja, where from 1961 to 1965 she worked as a typist at a research institute. In 1965-1966, she was in Israel. She then returned to Riga and from 1969 worked as a typist in the UKB. In 1971, she moved to Tel Aviv, where she worked as an accountant in an insurance company. She has a medal 'For Valorous Labor During the Great Patriotic War.' In 1940, she married Segal B. A. (?-1942) - a photographer who died at the front. In December 1945, she remarried to Zeligman Isaac Mozusovich (December 27, 1909, Libau (Liepaja) - May 27, 1970, Riga). They had a son and a daughter: Mozus Zeligman and Lina Band (née Zeligman) .

Father – Moisey Moiseyevich Bliznyansky(28.11.1889, Belarus – 1951, Riga) – shoemaker.

Mother – Libа Isakovna Bliznyanskaya (née Kogan).

Brothers – Motel Moiseyevich Bliznyansky and Isaac Moiseyevich Bliznyansky.

Sister – Ida Moiseyevna Shaynberger (née Bliznyanskaya) (31.01.1925, Riga – (?)) – in 1943 married a Polish citizen and in 1957 they moved to Poland, and later to Tel Aviv, where she worked as a singer.
