Zeligman (Seligmann) (née Kalustyan) Lyudmila Nikolaevna (24 October 1945, Riga) — paramedic, journalist.
From 1952 to 1955, Lyudmila Zeligman studied at Secondary School No. 15, then transferred to Secondary School No. 12. In 1960, completed eight grades and entered Riga Medical College No. 1, graduating in 1964. Until 1966, worked as an operating theatre nurse at Riga City Hospital No. 2. From 1967 to 1977, employed as a proofreader and later senior proofreader at the Riga Polytechnic Institute. At the same time, studied by correspondence at the Moscow Printing Institute, graduating in 1975 with a specialisation in journalism.
From 1977 to 1979, Lyudmila Zeligman worked as senior editor at the V. Lacis State Library. Afterwards, worked for one month as an operating theatre nurse at Riga City Hospital No. 2. In 1979, she applied for permission to emigrate to Israel for permanent residence.
Military service: liable for call-up, Military Occupational Specialty 249, junior sergeant, paramedic.
In August 1966, married Arkady Pavlovich Levinsky (1940 – (?)); the marriage was dissolved in December 1969. In 1971, married Mozus Isakovich Zeligman, with whom she had a daughter — Ilona Mozusovna Zeligman (21 March 1972 – (?)).
Father: Nikolai Arshakovich Kalustyan (1920, Yuzovka (Stalino, Donetsk) – 1971, Donetsk).
Mother: Riva Yakovlevna Gurvich (nee Binder) (1923, Konotop, Sumy reg. – (?))
