Zaidlin (Seidlin) Mikhel (Michel) Eliasovich (2 May 1889, Ludza – ?) — educator.

In 1907, Mikhel Zaidlin graduated from the Pskov Sergiev Real School. In 1914, he completed the medical faculty of the University of Halle-Wittenberg, earning a Doctor of Medicine degree, and in late 1915 received a diploma from the medical faculty of the University of Tartu. From 1 September 1922, he served as director of the Karsava Municipal Jewish Gymnasium, where he taught chemistry, anatomy, and zoology. In July 1932, the Ministry of Education closed the gymnasium due to the small number of pupils, merging the 4th class into the Karsava Municipal Gymnasium.
