Yukha Fayvish Rafailovich (17.11.1928, Varakļāni) — driver. Son of Yukha Rafail (1904 — 1968, Riga) and Yukha (née Kats) Ita (1904, Varakļāni — 1970, Riga). He completed 4 grades of basic school. In 1948—49 — driver at the “Metālists” artel. In 1949—53 — driver at the Riga 2nd Tobacco Factory. In 1953—59 — driver at the “Pioneers” footwear factory. From 1959 — driver at AK-4 in Riga. In his marriage to Yukha (née Smolyak) Ella (1936, Balvi), son Yukha Gennady (1956, Riga) was born. In 1971 Yu. received permission to emigrate to Israel at the invitation of his father's brother, Yukha Yakov (1911, Varakļāni), who had been living on the territory of the present State of Israel since the 1940s.
