Yakubovich Genrikh (Genrikh-Shlema) Borisovich (1.08.1912, Jēkabpils — ?, ?) — shoe cutter. After completing 5 grades of evening school, in 1925—40 he was an apprentice and shoe cutter at Sabel's private workshop (Jēkabpils). In 1940—41 — shoe cutter at the Abel Consumer Society. In 1941—42 — service in the Soviet Army, 43rd Latvian Guards Division, 12th Regiment (Gorokhovets Camps, Gorky Region); demobilized due to illness. In 1942 — construction worker (Chkalov); in 1943—47 — blacksmith at a weaving factory (Fergana, Uzbek SSR). In 1948—49 — shoe cutter at the “Spars” artel (Riga); in 1950—51 — shoe cutter at the “Stalin Five-Year Plan” artel; in 1951—52 — shoe cutter at the “Uzvara” artel; in 1952—53 — shoe cutter at the “Stalin Five-Year Plan” artel; in 1953—57 — cutter at the “Rīgas Apavnieks” artel; in 1957—69 — cutter at the individual tailoring and leather goods combine; in 1969—73 — shoe cutter at the “Rīgas Apavi” production association. From 1936 married to Yakobovich (née Morein) Sheva-Enta Iosilevna (15.02.1910, Jēkabpils — ?, ?). Son: Yakobovich Boris Shlemovich (b. 8.01.1938, Riga). Daughter: Dubrovskaya Khilda Genrikhovna (b. 1950, Riga). Father: Yakubovich Boris Genrikhovich (1872, Jēkabpils — 1936, Jēkabpils). Mother: Yakobovich (née Khalzbana) Manya Lemekhovnaа (1876, Jēkabpils — 1941, ?) died during evacuation en route. Brothers: Yakubovich Lev Borisovich (1916, Balashov — ?, ?); Yakubovich Mark Borisovich (1899, Jēkabpils — ?, ?) went missing during the “imperialist war” (?); Yakubovich Pavel Borisovich (1904, Jēkabpils — ?, ?) went missing during the “imperialist war” (?); Yakubovich Beynus Borisovich (1906, Jēkabpils — 1941, Riga) shot by the Germans in the ghetto.
