Vilnits (Wilnitz) Borukh (Boruch) Lvovich (born 2 January 1939, Dvinsk – now Daugavpils, Latvia) – employee.

Borukh Vilnits was born to Lev Borisovich Vilnits (1910, Dvinsk – 1987, Daugavpils) and Nekha Leibovna Vilnits (née Donde; 1913, Dvinsk – 1989, Jelgava, Latvia). No documentation is available concerning his education or principal places of employment. It is known that he worked as a secondary school teacher in the Orsha District, Vitebsk Region, Belarus (1984–1986), and as a foreman and fitter at a glass and mirror factory, later transformed into the joint-stock company “Mirror” (1986–1992).

He married Irina Alexandrovna Vilnits (née Rifman; previously Shinkar, born 1953, Berezniki, Molotov Oblast – now Perm Krai). They had one daughter, Rada Borukhovna Vilnits (born 1989, Riga).

In 1992, Borukh Vilnits received permission to emigrate to the United States, where his sister, Emma Lvovna Vilnits (born 1946, Daugavpils), had been residing since 1989.
