Vainik (Weinik) Musya Movshovna (April 9, 1914, Biržai, Lithuania) — accompanist.

Musya Vainik was born into a family of dentists: her father, Movsha Vainik (1886–1945, Novosibirsk), and her mother, Rakhil Vainik (1887–1947, Riga). In 1916, her parents moved to Cēsis, and several years later to Valmiera. From 1927, she lived in Riga. In 1937, she graduated from the Latvian State Conservatory with a major in piano performance. Until 1941, she was a homemaker. At the start of World War II, she was evacuated to the Soviet rear. From 1942 to 1946, she worked as an accompanist at the Novosibirsk Opera and Ballet Theatre. In 1946, she was re-evacuated to Riga. From 1946 to 1969, she served as an accompanist at the Latvian State Opera and Ballet Theatre. In 1969–1970, she worked as an accompanist at the Riga Choreography School.

She was married to Semyon Kaplan (1899, Kazan – 1948, Riga), with whom she had a daughter, Vlada Gelfond (née Vainik) (born 1946, Riga). In 1971, Musya received permission to emigrate to Israel, at the invitation of her sister, Rivka Segal (née Vainik) (born 1910, Panevėžys), who had emigrated to Palestine in 1936.
