Tsal Mark Albertovich (1906, Daugavpils – unknown). From 1926 to 1936 he studied at the Berlin Institute of Technology, and received a diploma of process engineer. From 1928 to 1931 he worked as a technician at the “Orga-Metall” enterprise in Berlin. After completing his studies he came to Riga, working occasional jobs in Riga and Klaipėda. From 1939 to 1941 he worked at the Riga bicycle factory “Linnert.” From 1941 to 1945 – prisoner at concentration camps in Riga, Stuttgart, and Magdeburg. In 1946 he returned to Riga, and worked as an engineer at the Design-Technical Office. From 1953 he worked at the Riga Jewelry Factory.
