Shlosberg Eliya-Khirsh (06.01.1880, Ilūkste) – mechanical engineer, public figure. He studied in Germany. During the war he settled in Riga, working alongside the Russian army. Board member of the “Society of Culture and Science,” chairman of the board of the Timber Merchants' Savings Society, board member of “Cheder Metukan” (“Tushiya”).
