Shenkman (Eingoren) Bella Abramovna (20.10.1925, Riga) – seamstress. Born into the family of workers Eingoren Abram (1902, Dvinsk, today Daugavpils, Latvia – 1932, Riga) and Eingoren Ida Khaimovna (1906, Dvinsk – killed by the Nazis in the ghetto in 1942, Riga). She completed 6 grades of school (1933–1939), trained in the sewing trade (1939–1940), and attended school (1940–1941). Together with her aunt and uncle she was evacuated to the town of Sudislavl in Kostroma Oblast, where she worked as a seamstress in a disabled persons' artel (1941–1944). On returning to Riga she worked as a bookkeeper at DorURS (1945–1946), was a seamstress at the “Savieniba” artel (1947–1948), kept house (1948–1959), worked as a seamstress at the “Transtorgsnab” combine (1959–1960), was a dependant of her husband (1960–1962), worked as a seamstress at the “Maiga” studio (1962–1964), again kept house (1964–1967), and was a general labourer at the construction administration of Latpotrebsoyuz (1967–1968).

Her marriage to Shenkman Ber Isakovich (1922, Riga) produced daughters Shenkman Sofya Borisovna (1947, Riga) and Shenkman Ida Berovna (1957, Riga).

In 1971 she received permission to emigrate to Israel, where her husband's cousin, Vollin (Shenkman) Rina Davidovna (1924, Riga), had lived since 1934.
