Shafro Mark Lvovich (24.12.1961, Riga) — design engineer, technologist. Born into a white-collar family. In 1983, graduated from the Riga Polytechnic Institute. The same year, published a scientific paper that was awarded a first-degree diploma at a republican competition. During his studies, worked as laboratory assistant and senior laboratory assistant at RPI, and technician at the VEF production association.
