Segal Robert Ilyich (21 December 1941, Kulyab, Tajik SSR) — jeweler (apprentice).
Robert Segal was the son of Ilya Segal (1913, Riga) and Genya Segal (née Garber; 1917, Skaudvilė, Lithuania).
From 1943, he was a first-degree disabled person following infantile paralysis (polio).
He graduated from the Riga Secondary School for Working Youth No. 25. From 1958 to 1959, he trained as a jeweler apprentice at the Riga 1st Mechanical Factory.
In 1963, he received permission to emigrate to Israel.
