Sanders Wulf (1842, Mitau, Courland Province — 1910, South Africa) — entrepreneur.

In 1862 Wulf Sanders left Courland, and in 1863, at the end of the American Civil War, he arrived in Memphis, Tennessee (USA). In 1870 he married. That same year, together with his wife, he traveled to England and Australia, and also visited Riga.

In 1882 he settled in South Africa. With his wife and their 12 children, he lived in Oudtshoorn, where he opened the highly successful store “W. Sanders & Sons”, which later became the largest supermarket in the town.

For 52 years, he served as president of the Cango Lodge (Royal Arch), Oudtshoorn. He was also Grand Master of the local Masonic lodge.

He died of a stroke (apoplexy) and was buried according to Masonic traditions.
