Parnas (née Podoksina [Padoksik], previously Solomyak) Rakhil (Rachil) Lvovna (28 October 1911, Riga) — seamstress.

Rakhil Parnas was the daughter of Podoksin (Padoksik) Lev (1881, Borisov – 1941, Riga) and Podoksin (Padoksik) Basya (1880, Riga – 1940, Riga). In 1924, she completed five classes of a Jewish primary school. Until 1941, she worked as a seamstress in private workshops in Riga. In 1941, she was evacuated to Bukhara and continued working at a sewing factory. In 1945, she returned to Riga and remained a housewife until 1964. From 1964 to 1970, she worked at the “1st May” shoe factory.

In her first marriage to Solomyak Isaak (1908, Krustpils – 1942, Bukhara), she had a son, Solomyak Khaim (1933, Riga). In her second marriage to Parnas Moisey (1911, Ternopol), she had a daughter, Kopman (Parnas) Basnetta (1947, Riga).

During the Holocaust, her brother Podoksin Yakov (1909, Riga – 1944) perished. Her brother Podoksin David (1905, Riga) emigrated from Latvia in 1922 and lived in the USA in the 1970s.

In 1972, Rakhil Parnas received permission to emigrate to Israel, invited by her husband's cousin, Parnas Yakov (1912, Ternopol).
