Osvinsky Mark Rakhmilovich (14 October 1950, Riga) – repair worker at the 2nd Riga City Hospital
Mark Osvinsky started work at the hospital on 15 October 1982. Secondary education, specialisation – electrical engineer. Wife – Frida Osvinskaya. Sons Eduard (born in 1973) and Efim (born in 1976). Subject to military service. Military speciality – emergency rescue service.
On 10 June 1985 Mark Osvinsky became 3rd grade electrician at the 2nd Riga City Hospital, on 2 September 1985 - a 4th grade electrician and on 1 January 1992 - a senior electrician at the same hospital. He resigned of his own accord on 29 February 1992.
