Okun Ovsey (Owsei) (29 July 1909, Dvinsk, Vitebsk Province – 31 October 1942, Riga) – member of the Riga Ghetto Resistance.

Before the war Ovsey Okun owned a shop. In 1941, he was deported to the Riga Ghetto, then to the small ghetto. On 28 October 1942, 11 people led by Okun attempted to escape from the ghetto. They managed to capture a truck, which they drove along the Madona Highway, hoping to reach the partisans. In the Ulbroka area (near Riga), they were ambushed by the Germans. Okun was shot along with the other members of the Resistance on the orders of the ghetto administration at the Old Jewish Cemetery.
