Notas Golda Yakovlevna (5 August 1909, Salaki settlement, Lithuanian SSR) — nurse.

She was the daughter of Yakov Notas (1868, Salaki, Lithuania – 1936, Panevėžys) and Zelda Notas (née Fisherman) (1870, Salaki, Lithuania – 1942, Liepāja). She completed ten grades of secondary school in Daugavpils. From 1923 to 1928, she worked at a confectionery factory in Panevėžys. Between 1929 and 1934, she was housekeeper and nurse at the Šiauliai orphanage.

In 1934, Notas moved to Moscow, where until 1935 she worked as a nurse at a kindergarten attached to the Bolshevichka factory. In 1938–1939, she served as a nurse at Nursery No. 260 under the Moscow Krasnogvardeysky District Health Department. From 1939 to 1946, she worked as a nurse at the 11th Unified Dispensary of the Proletarsky District Health Department in Moscow.

In 1946, she relocated to Riga. From 1949 to 1952, she was a nurse at the 6th Polyclinic, Moscow District, Riga; from 1952 to 1965, at the 5th Polyclinic, Kirov District, Riga. From 1968, she worked at Riga’s 5th Children’s Polyclinic. She was awarded the medal For Valorous Labour during the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945.

In her marriage to Wulf Traub-Bin (1904, Lithuania – 1956, Riga) (divorced in 1951), the following children were born: Rudolf Traub-Bin (1936, Moscow – 1942, Liepāja) and Raisa Ospovat (née Traub-Bin) (1946, Moscow).

During the Holocaust, her mother, son, brother, Moisei Notas (1888, Salaki – 1941, Lithuania), and sisters Pesya Aronshtein (née Notas) (1889, Salaki – 1941, Liepāja) and Khaya Fengersohn (née Notas) (1907, Salaki – 1941, Liepāja) were killed. Her brother Shapsa Pliskin (née Notas) (1887, Lithuania – 1953, USA) emigrated to the United States in the 1930s. Her brother Hessel Notas (1900, Salaki) lived in the United States after the war and from the 1960s in Israel.

From 1961, Golda Notas petitioned for emigration to Israel; she received permission in 1971. In the 1970s, she changed her surname to Yokhel.
