Neiman (Neimann) Abram Isaakovich (1809, Heroldegausen, Germany – 1875, Saint Petersburg) — rabbi.

Abram Neiman studied at the yeshiva in Fürth and later at the universities of Würzburg and Giessen. From 1843 he served as head of the Jewish school in Riga. In 1850 he was appointed an official for special assignments concerning Jewish affairs under the Governor-General, and in 1854 became the rabbi of Riga.

From 1857 to 1860 Neiman chaired the Rabbinical Commission established under the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. In 1863 he was invited by the Jewish community of Saint Petersburg to assume the position of state-appointed (crown) rabbi.

During his tenure in Saint Petersburg, Abram Neiman succeeded in obtaining permission for the construction of the Choral Synagogue and for bringing community officials from the provinces. He initiated and helped establish various Jewish institutions, including schools, an orphanage, and cemeteries. He was also among the organizers and first members of the committee of the Society for the Promotion of Enlightenment among the Jews of Russia (OPE).
