Nashatyr (née Zimmerman) Dora Tsalevna (15 September 1948, Daugavpils) — educator.

Dora Nashatyr was born into the family of Zimmerman Tsaleel Yakovlevich (1919, Dvinsk, today Daugavpils — 1980, Munich, FRG) and Zimmerman (née Zakhodina) Lyuba Lazarevna (1919, Dvinsk). She graduated from Daugavpils School No. 5 in 1966 and later from the Faculty of Philology of the Daugavpils Pedagogical Institute in 1971.

She worked in Daugavpils as an extended-day group supervisor at Secondary School No. 14 (1972–1974). In 1975–1976 she was an English teacher at the Bebrene Secondary School and at the Bebrene Veterinary State Farm–Technical School. From 1976 to 1982 she worked as a teacher in the Daugavpils City Department of Public Education (GorONO). From 1982 to 1988 she taught Russian language and literature and English at Daugavpils Secondary School No. 5.

In marriage with Nashatyr Efim Efremovich (born 1945, Chistopol, Tatar ASSR), a son was born: Nashatyr Lev Efimovich (born 1971, Daugavpils). The marriage was dissolved in 1984.

In 1988 Dora Nashatyr applied for permission to travel to the Federal Republic of Germany for two months in order to visit relatives—her mother and her brother Zimmerman Lazar Tsalevich (born 1944, Kurgan-Tyube, Tajik SSR). Permission was granted.
