Nagli Lev Yevseyevich (9 February 1942, Toy-Tyube, Tashkent Oblast, Uzbek SSR) — scientist.

He was born into the family of a worker, Yevsey Afroyimovich Nagli (1905, Dagda, Latvia – killed in action in 1942 during the Second World War) and Frida Naumovna Nagli (1907, Rēzekne). The documents contain no information regarding the schools or higher education institutions he attended, or the dates thereof. From 1966 to 1990, he worked as a senior research scientist at the Institute of Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the Latvian SSR.
