Nadel Boris Silimovich (born 2 October 1954, Kansk, Krasnoyarsk Krai) — motor mechanic.

After graduating from Vocational Technical School No. 6 with a qualification as an automotive repair fitter, from 1972 to 1973 Boris Nadel worked as a motor mechanic at the Riga Taxi Fleet. Between 1973 and 1979, he was employed as a driver at the “Rigaselmaš” factory. From 1979 to 1982, he worked as a caretaker and motor mechanic at a filling station of the Main Petroleum Supply Administration.

Since 1980, he has been married to Maliya Mikhailovna Nadel. He is the son of Silim Borukhovich Nadel and Gita Zalmanovna Nadel. His sister, Musya Silimovna Lyak (born 1950, place unknown), emigrated to Israel with her family in 1981 (Be’er Sheva).
