Mizrokh (Misroch) Ovsey (17 March 1895, Dvinsk) – industrialist, public figure.

Ovsey Mizrokh graduated from commercial high school with a gold medal. He studied at the Leipzig Higher Commercial School, then at the St. Petersburg Polytechnic Institute. The October Revolution led to his move to Riga, where he continued his studies at the Riga Polytechnic (Higher Technical School, Polytechnic Faculty of the University of Latvia). Due to his father's trip abroad, he was forced to interrupt his studies in his fourth year and replace his father at the enterprise. That is how he became an industrialist. Staying true to his family's traditions, especially philanthropy, he did a lot for the community. He was on the board of Bikur Holim, the vice president of the Jewish Mutual Credit Society, a member of the International Bank's audit committee, a member of the Oza board, and a member of the Latvian Industrialists' Association board.
