Margolis Eva Mikhoeleevna (1900, Dvinsk — 1985, Moscow) — choreographer.

From 1919 to 1922, Eva Margolis studied theatre and ballet arts at the 2nd Studio of the Moscow Art Theatre (MKhAT). In 1923–1924, she studied in the plastic movement department of the A. V. Lunacharsky Choreographic Technical School. In 1930, she completed courses in rhythmics in Moscow.

From 1931 to 1935, she worked as a teacher of rhythmics at a music technical school in Saratov. From 1936, she was employed as ballet master of the State National Kalmyk Theatre-Studio in Elista. In 1937–1943, she worked in the regional sphere of amateur artistic performance. From 1944 to 1960, she served as an assistant to Igor Moiseyev at the USSR State Folk Dance Ensemble.

She was the first to generalise and systematise practical experience in dance notation, introducing into professional use a method of graphic representation of dance figures and compositional structures, and was the first to record Kalmyk folk dances. She was the author of numerous publications of dance notations and acted as choreographer-editor of books devoted to folk dances.

Eva Margolis was the sister of the engineer N. Margolis.
