Marat Ilana Iosifovna (5 October 1949, Riga) — seamstress.

Ilana Marat was born into the family of Iosif Ilya Marat (born 1897, Riga) and Musya Marat (née Maron) (1921, Riga — 1951). In 1966, she completed eight years of secondary schooling. From 1966, she worked as a seamstress at Branch No. 2 of the firm “Latvia”. In the 1970s, she received permission to emigrate to Israel.
