Kopman (Kopmann) Gets (Getz) Gulfovich (14 October 1959, Rēzekne, Latvia) — driver.

Gets Kopman was born into the family of Gulf Kalmanovich Kopman (1921, Varakļāni, Latvia), a labourer, and Evgenia Grigoryevna Kopman (née Zalts) (1920, Dzygovka village, Yampil District, Vinnytsia Region, Ukraine), an employee.

He studied at Rēzekne Secondary School No. 3 (1966–1969) and, after the family moved to Riga, graduated from Riga Secondary School No. 38 (1976). From 1976 to 1977, he worked as a driver at the Baltic Construction and Repair Department. From 1977 to 1979, he served in the Soviet Army. After demobilisation, he worked as a driving instructor at Riga Driving School No. 2 (1979–1980) and as a driver at the Motor Transport Enterprise of the Latvian SSR Resorts Council in Jūrmala (1980–1983).

In 1983, Gets Kopman received permission to emigrate to Israel, where his paternal uncle Moshe (Moisey) Kalmanovich Kopman (1910, Varakļāni) had lived since 1972, and his brother Alter Gulfovich Kopman (1948, Rēzekne) since 1981.
