Kogan Frida Oishievna (née Chiobotariu) (b. March 5, 1914, Suvieni, Romania) — homemaker.

Frida Kogan was born into the family of a shoemaker, Oishie-Khaim Chiobotariu (1866–1938, Suvieni, Romania), and Malka Chiobotariu (1871, Suvieni, Romania – 1942, Kamianets-Podilskyi). In 1928, she completed a seven-year school in Suvieni. In 1933, her parents moved to Bucharest, where from 1933 to 1938 she worked as a cashier in private retail stores. From 1938 onward, she was a homemaker.

In 1940, Frida and her husband moved to Soviet Moldova, settling in Bendery. In 1941, she was evacuated to Kazakhstan. After the war, the family relocated to Chernivtsi, Ukrainian SSR. In 1950, they moved to Riga.

She was married to Benyamin Kogan (b. 1915, Bendery). Their daughter, Elizaveta Berzin (née Kogan) (b. 1944, Dushanbe), was born during evacuation.

In the 1960s, the family applied for emigration to Romania, and in 1975 Frida Kogan received permission to emigrate to Israel.
