Kodner Vladimir Semenovich (born 3 February 1959, Riga) — engineer.
Vladimir Kodner was born into a family of civil servants. In 1982, he graduated from Riga Polytechnic Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering of metal-cutting machine tools and instruments. While studying, in 1980 he worked as a design engineer at the VEF factory, and in 1982 as a design engineer at the Radiotechnika factory. From 1982 to 1984, he was an engineer at the Alfa factory.
