Khots Emmanuel Benyaminovich (17.06.1940, Riga) — physician. Son of Khots Benyamin (1907 — 1980, Riga) and Khots (Galant) Lina (1910, Riga). In 1957, graduated from Riga Secondary School No. 9. In 1959, completed the Riga 2nd Medical College. In 1965, graduated from the Riga Medical Institute. In 1965–67 — physician at Krāslava District Hospital. In 1967–72 — physician at Jelgava City Hospital. From 1972 — urologist at Riga 1st City Clinical Hospital. His marriage to Khots (Gringauz) Galina (1939, Rostov-on-Don) produced a son Khots Boris (1967, Riga).
