Grubin (Donde) Yefim Meysevich (Efroimovich) (b. 6 February 1961, Daugavpils) — metalworker.
Yefim Grubin was the son of Meyse (Moshe) Donde (b. 1935, Krustpils) and Hana Donde (née Grubina) (1935–1961, Daugavpils). His mother died two months after his birth, and he was adopted by her parents, Efroim Grubin (1911–1978, Daugavpils) and Shifra Grubina (née Donskaya) (1910–1972, Daugavpils).
He graduated from Secondary School No. 4 in Daugavpils in 1978. From 1978 to 1979, he worked as a second-grade maintenance fitter at the Daugavpils Locomotive Repair Plant.
In 1979, Yefim Grubin received permission to emigrate to Israel following an invitation from his father.
