Gordon David Markovich (1863, Riga – 8 January 1931, Taganrog) — physician, proprietor of the Taganrog Hydrotherapy Clinic from 1905 to 1931 (today the Regional Physiotherapy Hospital).

After graduating from Moscow University, David Gordon travelled to Germany, where he spent three years undertaking advanced medical training in clinics in Berlin, Königsberg, and Leipzig. Upon returning to Taganrog, he was invited to join the hydrotherapy clinic founded by N.G. Divaris, which had opened in March 1886, serving as both doctor and assistant. Gordon later became Divaris’s business partner.

In 1905, Gordon’s father, Markus Gordon, acquired the clinic at auction, after which David Gordon became its owner.

During the Soviet period, Gordon remained the clinic’s chief physician and director. On 25 January 1931, the newspaper Taganrogskaya Pravda reported that the staff's request to name the “Regional Physiotherapy Sanatorium” in honour of its director had been granted.
