Goltsman (Goltzmann) (née Press) Yakha (Jacha) Faivovna (15 August 1932, Cēsis, Latvia) — civil servant.

Yakha Goltsman was born into the family of Faiva Isakovich Press (1904, Cēsis – 1952, Riga) and Betiya Naumovna Press (née Kropman) (born 1904, Cēsis). She was evacuated to the Ivanovo region during the war (1941–1945). Upon returning to Latvia, she completed seven years of education in Riga (1946). From 1946 to 1950, she worked as a typist-secretary at the “Maya” artel, and between 1950 and 1955 served as a quality controller (“braker”) at the “Galalit” and “Remont” artels. From 1955 to 1963, she remained a homemaker. Between 1963 and 1965, she was employed as a shop assistant at Riga City Industrial Store No. 2, before returning to a homemaking role from 1965 onwards.

In 1955, she married Grigory Vulfovich Goltsman (born 1926, Krustpils, Latvia). They had two children: Philip Grigoryevich Goltsman (born 1955, Riga) and Benita Grigoryevna Goltsman (born 1960, Riga).

In 1969, Yakha Goltsman obtained permission to emigrate to Israel, where her husband’s brother, Faivel Vulfovich Goltsman (born 1923, Cēsis), had resided. Faivel Goltsman had been deported to the Riga Ghetto by the Nazis in 1941 and subsequently transferred to Germany. Following the war, he relocated to Mandatory Palestine and became the owner of a bicycle factory.
