Goldman (née Ginzburg) Inessa Matveevna (born 3 April 1953, Mukachevo, Ukraine ) — engineer, economist.
Born into a family of civil servants, Inessa Goldman graduated in 1976 from the Riga Polytechnic Institute with a degree in “Economics and Organisation of Mechanical Engineering.” She subsequently worked as an engineer at the VEF factory.
