Goldblat (née Amitan) Noima Leibovna (born 1909, Luga) — pharmacist.

Noima Goldblat graduated from the pharmaceutical programme at the University of Latvia in 1933. From 1933 to 1941, she worked as a pharmacist in privately owned pharmacies across Latvia. In 1941, she was evacuated to Tyumen and returned to Riga in 1945. From that time onwards, she was employed as a pharmacist in the Riga pharmacies of the State Pharmaceutical Administration.

She was married to Itskhok Goldblat (1900–1947), with whom she had three children:

– Mersara Pukan (née Goldblat) (born 1940, Rauna)

– Hirsh Goldblat (born 1942, Tyumen Oblast)

– Itskhok Goldblat (born 1947, Riga)

In 1971, Noima Goldblat received permission to emigrate to Israel, having been invited by her brothers, Abram Amitan (born 1909, Riga) and Eima Amitan (born 1914, Riga).
