Goffer (née Shulman) Ritla Mendelevna (12 October 1901, Beshenkovichi District, Vitebsk Region) — labourer.

Ritla Goffer was the daughter of Mendel Shulman (d. 1917, Vitebsk Region) and Feiga Shulman (d. 1914, Vitebsk Region). From 1917 to 1925, she was engaged in casual labour in the Vitebsk Region. In 1925, she moved to Rezekne, where she was a homemaker until 1939. That year, she moved to Riga and worked as a domestic servant in private households until 1941.

In 1941, she was evacuated to the Khatarchin District of the Uzbek SSR, where she worked in the Lenin Collective Farm as a field hand until 1945. After her return to Riga in 1945, she worked as a cleaner at the Rekord Factory until 1954, and from 1954 to 1958 as a seamstress at the Brīvība Artel. She retired in 1958.

Her husband, Bentsion Goffer (1894, Warsaw – unknown), moved to Poland in 1948. From that time on, she had no further information about him.

In 1972, Ritlya Goffer received permission to emigrate to Israel, invited by her nephew Mendel Brilovich (born 1931, Krustpils), the son of her sister Riva Brilovich (née Eichholz) (1906, Rezekne – 1959, Riga).
