Futlik Rakhil (Rachil) Bentsianovna (26 December 1911, Riga — date unknown) — physician and dentist.

From 1930 to 1935 Rakhil Futlik studied at the Dental Faculty of the Medical Academy in Basel, where she qualified as a dental physician. Until 1941 she worked as a dentist at the “Oze” outpatient clinic in Riga.

During evacuation in 1941–1942 she worked in her specialty at NKVD Defense Factory No. 17 in Barnaul. After the war she returned to Riga, where she worked as a dentist at the 3rd Municipal Polyclinic.

Her parents, Bentsion and Malka Futlik, perished during the Second World War.
