Frisher (Frischer) (née Lokshina) Vera Nazarovna (15 May 1936, village of Ilyino, Pskov region) — seamstress.

During the Second World War Vera Frisher was placed in the “Novy Mir” orphanage in the Tatar ASSR. In 1951 she moved to Riga. From 1953 to 1955 she worked as a seamstress at the atelier “Baltijas Modes,” while continuing her studies at an evening school. From 1959 she worked as a seamstress in the production artel “Rīgas Adītājs,” and from 1962 at the “Avrora” factory. From 1969 to 1988 she worked as a seamstress at the production association “Sputnik.”

She registered her marriage to Yakov Frisher (born 1933) twice: first in 1956 and again in 1988, after a divorce finalized in 1975.

Her father, Nazar Lokshin (1893–1940), was killed on the fronts of the Second World War. Her mother, Tayba-Beila Lokshina (1895–1968), a native of Vitebsk, was buried in Riga. In the 1980s her siblings Lazar Lokshin (born 1926), Semyon Lokshin, Lyubov Levina (née Lokshina; born 1932), and Abram Lokshin (born 1939) lived in Riga. Her brother Lev Lokshin (1926–1977) was buried in Zhmerynka.
