Fridman (Friedmann) Iosif Gilovich (5 July 1937, Daugavpils) — technologist.
In 1953 Iosif Fridman completed a seven-year school in Krasnoyarsk Krai. From 1953 to 1957 he studied at the Industrial Technical School in Krasnoyarsk, after which, in 1957–1958, he worked as a technologist at a factory.
From December 1958 he resided in Daugavpils. In 1958 he applied for permission to leave for the Polish People’s Republic.
